TYREEL stud, which has been among the leading studs in Australia for about 20 years, is to be re-branded via the well-known Agnes Banks breeding property acquiring new owners this year. 
In March Tyreel stud was purchased by Wallings Bloodstock Pty, a company directed by Linda Monds and husband Laurence, and their two sons Ben 17 and Blake 15.  
A fresh chapter has begun at the 45.5 hectare breeding farm which borders an idyllic setting of the Nepean River.
Tyreel Stud was founded by the late passionate Thoroughbred industry participant Jim Fleming and quickly became a major force in breeding circles.   During a 10 year period Tyreel yearlings grossed a massive $44.6 million selling several one million dollar plus yearlings its highest a Redoute’s Choice – Snowdrift colt which fetched $2.5 million at the Australian Inglis Easter Yearling Sale.
